UN Secretariat, NY, 2017: At UN High Level Panel addressing then Deputy-Secretary General Amina Mouhammed and high-ranking officials with my proposal to establish the Space for Women Network as a solution for the lack of STEM role models. UN Office for Outer Space Affairs adopted the recommendation and established the network in 2020. Full Panel proceedings here.

Inclusion in STEM - UNOOSA

As a STEM mentor in the UN Office For Outer Space Affairs "Space for Women" Network, I provided input and recommendations for Space for Women established by UNOOSA and UN Women to address gender equality.

Evaluating projects from UAE teams of scientists, technologists and engineers at NASA Space Apps Challenge, the largest global hackathon. Teams use NASA open source data in a 48-hour sprint and hack solutions to challenges we face on Earth and in Space.
